Meet The Team
Meet some of the BTS engineering team above, all wear full uniform and easily recognisable by their smart appearance. They work as a team with good communication skills between engineers and customers alike. All engineers hold CSCS cards as well as their ID cards showing a CRB checked Reference number. They are trained to FIA and BAFE standards. They are all aware of site requirements, as well as Health and Safety and regular toolbox talks carried out. These are fully qualified Commissioning engineers on multiple systems, including Protec and Gent and many others. Some of the above hold Design accreditations and all of the engineers are backed up by the estimating dept. They are all completely mobile and obtain jobs from their Smart phones with customer sign off.

At BTS we are continually striving to improve our customer service, by keeping in contact and through our regular service and Install questionnaires that are sent requesting customers comments on the quality of our service to them. Also we are constantly striving to improve our services which recently has included the integration of a remote access system enabling customers to access their service reports electronically and can also be held off site and accessed through a password protected Web portal or e-mailed. All our engineers are fully mobile and all hold CSCS cards and ID cards when attending sites. All engineers receive regular updates on Health and safety through tool box talks and also there are site visits carried out by our Health and safety officer where required.
We are at the moment in the process of applying for NACOSS Gold to put BTS in the position of offering a complete install and service package whether on large, medium or smaller sites.
BTS is part of the M W Cripwell group and as such we can also offer any electrical services required through the group and also for Mechanical services through the mechanical division of the group.

My engineering team are frequently attending training courses and regularly attend Toolbox talks in line with our Health and Safety Policy. The engineers all wear a uniform and are easily identified on site. They all have BS5839 Knowledge and experience and are ready to assist our customers with any questions or requirements they may have.
Alan Brown – Business Development Manager – Fire and Security Systems

Alan has joined BTS as Business Development Manager for Fire and Security Systems.
Alan has been involved in the fire and security industry for 25 yrs since leaving school, his back ground is technical, having done a technical apprenticeship whilst working as a design engineer in his early years before moving into sales roles which have included senior, management and leadership positions.
